Crunchy Avocado bites with ranch sauce!

I prepared the crunchy avocado bites in the Combi Wave 3 in 1 from @sageapplianceseu.
It offers many advantages, including an easy way to prepare your food without using oil or butter when baking with the Air Fryer function. It is a perfect replacement for unhealthy appetizers like deep fried snacks.
Good to know: Fat in avocado
Avocado is high in healthy fat. The fat in the avocado contains mainly unsaturated fat. Unsaturated fat lowers blood LDL cholesterol. Too high LDL cholesterol is not good for the blood vessels and can eventually lead to cardiovascular disease. Because the avocado contains a lot of fat, it provides a lot of calories.
One avocado provides about 360 kcal and contains 35 grams of fat. Instead of eating a whole avocado at once, it is advisable to eat half an avocado per person. The fact that the avocado leads to a full feeling also makes it easier to forget tempting sweets and deep-fried snacks. As long as your overall diet is healthy and you do not consume too many calories, you do not have to see the avocado as a fattener.
Ingredients avocado bites.
Pre-heat the microwave oven 200C.
▢3 avocados, large, cut into thin strips
▢1 cup flour, divided
▢1 cup panko crumbs
▢¼ teaspoons garlic powder
▢½ teaspoons paprika powder
▢¼ teaspoons smoked paprika powder
▢Pinch of salt and white pepper
Ingredients ranch sauce.
▢½ cup low-fat sour cream
▢½ cup buttermilk
▢½ cup low-fat yoghurt
▢1 teaspoon lime juice
▢½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
▢3 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
▢½ teaspoons fresh minced dill
▢½ teaspoons fresh minced chives
▢½ teaspoon garlic powder
▢¼ teaspoon onion powder
▢Pinch of salt and white pepper, to taste
How to prepare the ranch sauce.
In a bowl, whisk together low-fat sour cream, low-fat yoghurt and buttermilk until smooth.
Stir in parsley, dill, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and white pepper.
How to prepare the avocado bites.
Cut the avocados in half, then remove the pit. Cut into 4 a 5 slices per half.
Setup a breading line with sliced avocados on a plate,
a shallow bowl with flour, shallow bowl with egg beaten, shallow bowl with panko crumbs with seasonings.
Dredge the avocado in flour, then dip it into the egg covering it completely. After that you can cover the avocado into panko mixture.
Pre-heat the Combi Wave 3 in 1 from Sage Appliances using the Air Fryer function (3 min), place the avocado fries on the rooster.
Set the Air Fryer function to 200C and 7 minutes. When the time is up, remove the rooster and carefully flip the avocado bites over. Insert basket back into air fryer and then set for 200C for 7 more minutes.
