Quinoa power bowl!
Look no further for a healthy lunch dish, because i have already found one for you;) It is easy to make and is full of vitamins and protein! This fresh summer salad is perfect for a lunch in the garden or on your balcony but also delicious as a light meal for the evening.
I made these pan fried mini falafel with broad beans and lots of herbs so that you get a bright green color! Because of the healthy broad beans it has so much extra taste and makes the falafel smoother.
Sharing this flavorful Hummus made with bellpepper, beets and sun-dried tomato's! There is so much taste in it thanks to tasteful ingredients and fresh herbs.
